In order to use the Otis app, you need to connect your bank account. Please note, we will never authorize or facilitate funds from your accounts without your express permission and authorization.

Initiating a deposit

To initiate a deposit in the mobile app (iOS and Android):

  1. Tap the Account tab (👤) in the bottom right corner.

  2. Tap Transfer Cash

  3. Tap Transfer to Cash Account

  4. Enter the deposit amount

  5. Review the deposit

  6. Submit the deposit

ACH transfer timelines

Deposits can take up to five business days to complete.Here at Otis we do not have influence over how quickly funds transfer, though we would speed it up for you if we could! 🚀

Can I Cancel My Deposit?

Once a transfer is initiated, it can take up to 5 business days for funds to settle. During that time we are unable to cancel your transfer. We recommend waiting for your funds to settle and then transferring the amount back into your bank account.
