Audited financials are published annually, and our independent auditor verifies asset possession. In addition, shares are ledgered with an SEC-registered transfer agent.

How Long will Otis Hold an Asset?

Our strategy is to hold assets for a period of 3-7 years on average. That said, should we receive an offer at any time, we'll consider accepting it.

What Happens if Otis Goes Out of Business?

Our operating agreements detail the process should Otis go out of business, also described in our most recent offering circulars filed with the SEC: Gallery and Collection. We are, or a liquidator we select is, charged with winding up the affairs, liquidating assets and distributing any after-tax proceeds. Otis or an appointed liquidator will sell all assets and distribute funds to shareholders after taxes and expenses.

You can find more detailed information, including both annual audited financials and semiannual unaudited financials, in our most recent offering circulars filed with the SEC: Gallery and Collection.
