If you have forgotten the password to your Otis account, there is a simple process to update your password.
Begin by opening the app. Tap “Login” and then, “Forgot Password.”
Next, enter the email address associated with your Otis account and click “Send Link.” You will receive an email to reset your password sent to the email address that you entered
Open the email and click on the button at the bottom “Reset Password.”
This will take you to a webpage where you can enter your new password. Enter your new password and submit. You should receive an email confirming that your password has been successfully updated.
Once you have updated your password, go back to the Otis app and log in using your updated password.
